President William Ruto has cleared his Advisors Monica Juma (National Security Advisor), David Ndii (chairperson of Council of Economic Advisors), Harriette Chiggai (Women Rights), and UDA Secretary General Cleophas Malala to be attending Cabinet meetings.According to a government source, the four took their oaths of secrecy during the Cabinet Meeting on Tuesday. Even so, it is notable that they are not cabinet secretaries.
