4 years ago, Mwananchi Credit Limited and Dennis Mombo sued Anerlisa for defaulting in paying a loan of Ksh 13m.
Yesterday, auctioneers tried to access her posh apartments in Lavington in vain after a politician allegedly threatened to call goons of them.
Samuel Mutisya of Samumu auctioneers who was on the ground to execute the court order dated April 20, 2022, told Mpasho that the law must be seen and obeyed.
“Our presence here was pure to enforce the law,” he said.
Mutisya further said that the auction notice is still valid and they will do anything necessary.
According to the court papers, auctioneers wanted to obtain her property and attach it to the debt of Kshs. 3,399,148.45.
Among the property was household goods and her cars.
