High Court freezes Ksh115M wired a woman by Mauritius based Company

The high court of Kenya freezes sh115 Million that was wired to a Kenyan Woman by a Mauritius based company.Lady Justice Esther Maina of the Anti-corruption court on Tuesday directed Standard Chartered to transfer the money to Assets Recovery Agency (ARA) for preservation, pending determination of the case.The woman identified as Isabel Nyaguthi works for a micro finance is reported to have received $1million on April 13 from Platcorp Holding Limited purported to be an unsecured loan whose purpose wasn’t disclosed. And no one had signed as a witness.
