Igembe North security agencies have successfully retrieved 48 cows from Turkana individuals in the Ngarimara area. Among them, 18 belong to residents of Igembe Central, while 30 are owned by Igembe North residents. Deputy OCPD Mark Bitok has confirmed that the operation is ongoing until all stolen cows are recovered. He encourages herders and residents to remain calm and collaborate with security agencies to provide information. The efforts of CS Kithure Kindiki and Igembe North MP Julius Taitumu are acknowledged and appreciated by the residents, who recommend a visit from the CS, as expressed a few days ago.
