Elgon, Bungoma County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police suspect the deceased was stabbed by a man who suspected him of having a love affair with his wife. The police also believe that the deceased succumbed to his wounds following the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the officers recovered &nbsp;a kitchen knife and a blood-stained bed sheet from the scene of the crime which have now been marked as exhibits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deceased was rushed to Mt. Elgon Sub- County Hospital where he was unfortunately pronounced dead while undergoing treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consequently, the deceased&#8217;s body was transported to Dreamland Mission Mortuary where it awaits an autopsy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Police officers in Mount Elgon, Bungoma County have began investigations into the death of a 40-year old man suspected to have been murdered over a love affair.
