This situation prompted intervention from the Kathwana Police Station.Martin Kinyua, the chairman of Mitheru ward, accused Loyford Munene, the constituency\u2019s chairman (known as Kawasaki), of collaborating with MP Mbiuki to manipulate the election. Kinyua claimed that before the voting began, Kawasaki and some bodaboda leaders from Maara and Chuka\/Igambang\u2019ombe met with Mbabu and Kinegeni, Mbiuki&#8217;s personal assistant, at Kajuki Eco-Lodge.
