The Ambassador commenced his service in Kenya\u2019s mission to the Kingdom of Netherlands in 2018, followed by his tenure as the State House Comptroller for the Kenyan Presidency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While in the Netherlands, he also served as the Permanent Representative of Kenya to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and leader of Kenya\u2019s delegation to other International Organizations in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lenayapa served as the comptroller since 2013 to 2018 when he was appointed by the former President Uhuru Kenyatta after he got into power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The career civil servant has worked as a District Commissioner in Baringo and Kiambu and he also previously held the position of Principal Secretary at the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
