At The 3rd National Wage Bill Conference organized by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC), Public Service Principal Secretary Amos Gathecha explained that this system would introduce a Unified Payroll Number (UPN) for all civil servants, following its successful pilot with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and its upcoming extension to all government employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new system, known as the HRIS-Kenya web-based system, will centralize employment data for all civil servants, including those in Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
