The causelist portal allows users to search for their cases and access details, activities, and court fees, organized by station and Judiciary Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The e-filing system enables Kenyans to submit documents electronically to the courts, conduct self-assessments, and pay court fees. This web-based application is hosted on a server and can be accessed from any location with internet connectivity. The system has been efficient for lawyers, law firms, and other litigants to file cases remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To manage the situation, the Judiciary advised that urgent cases and time-sensitive pleadings could be sent via email to the respective court stations&#8217; email addresses, with a copy to <a>automationdeputyregistrar@court.go.ke<\/a> for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding,&#8221; the statement partially read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the past, the Judiciary has undertaken various measures to reduce the backlog of court cases and ensure justice for society&#8217;s victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"350\" src=\"https:\/\/www.getufm.co.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/public-court-proceedings.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14847\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.getufm.co.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/public-court-proceedings.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.getufm.co.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/public-court-proceedings-480x240.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From technological advancements to the establishment of small courts, the Judiciary aims to increase accountability across all government sectors.
