Justice Byram Ongaya issued the extension after confirming that the complaint had been filed and ongoing correspondence was in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The matter was brought to confirm compliance with the court&#8217;s directions for the petitioners to officially lodge a complaint against the 1st Respondent before the NG-CDF,&#8221; the petitioners&#8217; lawyer informed the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The petition, filed by Richard Mulwa Musyoka, Richard Nzine, Nicholas Michael, and Elizabeth Mumbi, seeks the removal of Lorna Muthoni Njoroge from office, citing her alleged incompetence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In May 2024, Justice Byram Ongaya had directed the petitioners to submit their complaint to the relevant offices.
