He insists that <strong>post-election coalitions<\/strong> can alter the <strong>IEBC\u2019s declaration<\/strong> and questions the <strong>validity of Azimio\u2019s coalition agreement<\/strong>, citing missing signatures from <strong>UDM and MDG officials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wetang\u2019ula has warned that if the ruling is not suspended, he could face <strong>contempt of court charges<\/strong>, leading to possible <strong>imprisonment and parliamentary dysfunction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the <strong>petitioner\u2019s lawyer, Kibe Mungai<\/strong>, opposes the suspension, stating that Wetang\u2019ula\u2019s ruling was a <strong>clear violation of the law<\/strong>.
