However, the decision has sparked criticism from lawyers <strong>Nelson Havi and Ahmednasir Abdullahi<\/strong>, who questioned why the empanelment application must be considered first, given that the <strong>Chief Justice is a party to the proceedings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lawyer <strong>Ochieng Oduol<\/strong> called for decorum, urging his colleagues to respect the court. The judge emphasized that the applications before the court cannot be ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response, <strong>Nelson Havi<\/strong> announced plans to appeal the court\u2019s directive, arguing that the <strong>Chief Justice should not have a role in appointing judges to hear a case in which she is directly involved<\/strong>.
