The court further directed the legislator to <strong>cover Omari\u2019s legal costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Majority Leader had moved to the High Court seeking to overturn an injunction issued by Magistrate <strong>C.K. Cheptoo<\/strong>, which <strong>barred him from making defamatory statements against Omari<\/strong> and compelled him to foot Omari\u2019s legal expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omari\u2019s legal team <strong>accused Ichung\u2019wah of attempting to delay the case<\/strong> to avoid testifying in court.
