She explained that she had briefly returned home to restock supplies and noticed her husband\u2019s motorcycle outside, assuming their children were safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later, while making tea deliveries, two of her other children arrived at her workplace, reporting that their siblings were crying and in distress. She rushed home to find them suffering from severe diarrhea, with excrement all over the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neighbors helped rush the boys to the hospital, where she was shocked to discover that their father had also been admitted.
