He instructed DCI Director Amin Mohamed to recall the officer to headquarters and assign a replacement without delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a similar directive, the General Service Unit (GSU) Commander in the region has also been recalled, with an immediate replacement ordered as part of efforts to restore calm and public confidence in the security apparatus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInvestigations have already been instituted. All the investigators from Nairobi are already here with you.
