Instead, they will only use cash and electronic card payment. This will ease the traffic congestion at tolling points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cM-Pesa payment would result in traffic congestion at tolling points,\u201d a spokesperson of Moja Expressway told Business Daily, \u201cIt is still in consideration.
