The 47-year old farmer, Kofi Atta said he chopped part of his testicles after doozing off on a chair during which he dreamt of him cutting meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I was sitting in my chair when i dozed off. In my sleep I dreamt that I was cutting some meat in front of me.
