Speaking while appearing before the National Assembly on Appointments of city hall, Murkomen said that KERRA was a big part of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Roads in marginalised areas are usually constructed on papers  and people given tenders vanish and completely do nothing.
