Also, Central Bank of Kenya Governor Patrick Njoroge and the Director Directorate of Criminal Investigations Amin Mohamed are in attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Report is an important document for Judiciary as it touches on accountability, a mode of communication to the public, enhancing the administration of justice in the country and allows the Judiciary to demonstrate how it has executed its mandate in accordance with the constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chief Registrar of Judiciary Anne Amadi, in her welcoming remarks, thanked speakers of the house for supporting them with resources that enabled them to discharge their mandate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Financial autonomy has been achieved by the operalization of the Judiciary fund that took effect 1 July 2022. Worth celebrating,” she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amadi added that milestones recorded in the report are a collective effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Grateful to all partners for offering us technical support and sealing any existing gaps we have had in the past in terms of finances, “she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
