Jamie Carragher is right…Liverpool and Manchester United will always remain the biggest clubs in the Premier League. No matter what how many trophies Man City, Chelsea and Newcastle win, they will never be real big clubs like Liverpool and United.

And I think the problem is the money…An average Football fan watches Football for the competition, for the journey. Not for the trophy. And people have always found it hard to respect teams that have won the competition on the backing of money. Somewhere they know, that it doesn’t feel right, it doesn’t feel like Football. Winning a Champions League is going to change nothing for Man City and PSG. Chelsea won it 2 times, still not a big club. Tottenham and Arsenal are bigger clubs than City, because they didn’t climb their way up with a chequebook. That’s why their stadiums are full and City have Emptyhad.

This cash machine way is not going to work because real Football culture, heritage, legacy and aura are not for sale in the transfer market.
