A group of leaders from UKambani has urged Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua to show respect towards Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka. During a gathering at Kaiani ABC church in Kathiani Constituency, these leaders, including Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti, expressed their disapproval of Gachagua’s repeated attacks on Kalonzo during his visits in Ukambani. Wavinya emphasized that the Kamba community will support Kalonzo Musyoka in the 2027 General elections. Trade CS Moses Kuria, who also attended the event, expressed optimism about the ongoing national dialogue, hoping for positive outcomes. In summary, the leaders stressed the importance of respecting Kalonzo when visiting Ukambani, as he is regarded as their father, and disrespecting him would not be tolerated.
