A woman in Uganda is under police custody after chopping off the genitals of her husband, causing his death. According to Monitor publication, Uganda’s police spokesperson Fred Enanga said Joy Bira, a resident of Makindye Division in Kampala is facing charges of murdering Benson Baluku, who was her husband. It is said that Baluku returned home while drunk on March 26, and started fighting with his wife on accusation that she was cheating on him.
