Body of 75 yrs old man retrieved earlier today few meters from Ururini water fall

The lifeless body of 75-year-old Simion Muchoo was discovered near Ururni Waterfalls today. Muchoo, who set out on New Year’s Day for celebrations with his peers across River Kathita in Kang’anta village, went missing on the 2nd. Despite extensive searches in Karigiru and Kang’anta villages, his relatives couldn’t locate him. Yesterday, they turned to the waters, suspecting a possible drowning, leading to the discovery of his body near the mentioned waterfall. The authorities have transported the body to Marimanti Mortuary for a postmortem examination. Chief Nkondi Location, Mr. David Kithaka, has officially confirmed the incident.
