Three young men on Tuesday had their lives cut shot by a mob on suspicion they had stolen a motorbike in Manyatta B area, Kisumu county.
Reports indicate that one of the three had sat for his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examinations last year – and was yet to join Form One.
ne other person was identified as a recent Form Four leaver, while nothing much was known about the third deceased, save for the fact that they were friends living together.
The three were burned in front of their house – after they were accused of stealing a motorbike.
The matter was reported to Kasagam Police station prompting the officers to respond.
The three bodies were taken to Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital Morgue awaiting autopsy.
Meanwhile, the police have started their investigations into the incident.
Residents have been cautioned against taking the law into their own hands.
