The Supreme Court has lodged a preliminary objection in response to the case brought by the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), which challenges the court’s decision to prohibit lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi from representing clients before it.
In the papers filed in court, the apex court in the land says that the petition filed by the lawyers’ body is defective as it seeks to challenge the recusal of its orders issued on 23rd January 2024.
