The special committee of the National Assembly, tasked with investigating the impeachment motion against Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mithika Linturi, is set to present its conclusions to Parliament next Monday.
The committee, comprised of eleven members, ratified last week, is currently scrutinizing the accusations leveled against the agriculture minister in the impeachment motion put forth by Bumula MP Jack Wamboka.
In a notice issued on Monday, National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula called for a special session on May 13 for the committee to deliver its findings to the House regarding the validity of the allegations against Linturi.
