Sports Cabinet Amina Mohammed says the ministry will provide a clear roadmap on the future of Kenyan football on Thursday 12 May after the mandate of the FKF Caretaker Committee came to an end on Tuesday.

The six-month mandate of the committee came to a close on Tuesday. The committee came into place on 11th November 2021 when Amina opted to disband the Nick Mwendwa led Football Kenya Federation (FKF) and installed a committee to run football activities in the country for six months, hold elections and hand over to the new office.
