Chuka Igambang’ombe MP Patrick Munene now claims that were it not for the newly nominated Governor Njuki’s running mate Njue Njagi, probably Kirubia stadium in his constituency would not be there.
Speaking at Kairuni stadium during Njue’s unveiling ceremony,the youthful MP said the foundation of the stadia was made possible through CDF allocation by Njue Njagi when he served as the larger Nithi constituency CDF Chair before the region was split into Maara and Chuka Igambang’ombe constituencies.
“To who may not be aware,the foundation of the current Kirubia stadium was made using CDF allocation by then Nithi CDF chair Njue Njagi and Nithi MP Kareke Mbiuki.So when you see Kirubia stadium you should see Njue Njagi,” Parto said.
He thus termed Njue as a top perfomer who is equal to the task and expressed his commitment towards ensuring that the duo clinches the second term in the most coveted county top office.
