Deputy President William Ruto coalition has urged Media houses to have female journalists only host a women conference at the Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi.
According to the Party coalition this is a way of celebrating the role of Women in the country.
“We encourage your Media House/Online News Blog to deploy an all Women Crew as we seek to celebrate and highlight the important role played by Women in all sectors,” UDA Communications Director Wanjohi Githae said in a media invite.
This comes days after the coalition launched the UDA Women’s League at a Nairobi hotel on Sunday.
