PROF. Peter Kagwanja who is the Chief Executive of the Africa Policy Institute condemns President Uhuru Kenyatta’s silence on William Ruto’s victory after he was declared President Elect.
“More than 20 heads of state…have sent congratulatory messages… Shockingly, Kenya’s State House is dead mute.”
In the same breath Deputy President elect Rigathi Gachagua says they do not neccesarily need the congratulatory messages to get them into office but only need the Chief Justice of Kenya to have their oaths to Office.
