Introduction of corporal punishment

Education CS George Magoha has called for the reintroduction of corporal punishment in schools.The CS says the cane should be reinstated to instill discipline, and that children should not be given too much freedom.”We shall not handle children with kids gloves. It’s not time for children to dictate what is supposed to be done.” ~ Magoha says.
