Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi has caused an uproar social media after he went ahead to launch attacks on the kenyan artist after the Nigerian artist Ruger arrived in Kenya recently where he is set to headline a show in Meru alongside actor Nick Mutuma. The scatty attacks from the comedian comes days after he caused uproar again on social media after attacking Kenyan artist again after the list of the top 100 songs that were trending on apple music that was populated by Nigerian and American artist, this caused exchange of words between him an the Kenyan artist and mostly the Sauti Sol member Bien Baraza who responded to him and despised his claims.
Now today Eric Omondi taking to his Instagram account as called upon the artists in Kenya saying that even unknown artist from Nigeria have become the talk in Kenya while Kenyan main artist are not getting the recognition out of the country. Quoting him (Can you imagine a Kenyan artist performing in an interior rural town in Nigeria??? Yaani sasa wana perform mpaka ushago kwetu. This seems not to have settled well with the people of Meru county mostly the celebrity coming from Meru. Famous Kenyan Actor Nick Mutuma responding to him said this (First off, Meru sio ushago bro Meru is like the Canaan of Kenya! Not is this show providing employment opportunities for locals, its also making alot of Nairobi folks travel to Meru for the first time.
