Cs Nominee for Roads Transport and Public works Kipchumba Murkomen says that most marginalised roads do not exist and isssuing of such tenders should come to an end. Speaking while appearing before the National Assembly on Appointments of city hall, Murkomen said that KERRA was a big part of the problem.
“Roads in marginalised areas are usually constructed on papers and people given tenders vanish and completely do nothing. We aill also provide oversight of the road constructed under KERRA” he said
