Aloise Lihutsu, an intelligence officer based in Turkana County has died by suicide.
According to police reports, The body of Aloise Lihutsu was, on found hanging in the kitchen store, Last night in his house with a manila rope around the neck. This is according to Police report.
“The officer’s body was swollen, with blood oozing from the mouth and the nose,” the police report said
